MSG Networks is back on Optimum in time for tonight’s Rangers game. Optimum stopped carrying games for its one million New York City area customers at the start of the year. After weeks of fighting, the two sides reached a multi-year deal that gave Optimum the ability to sell lower priced packages without MSG which was on its basic tier,

MSG Networks has reached a deal with the fourth-largest U.S. cable provider to bring back the NBA's New York Knicks and the NHL's New York Rangers, New York Islanders, Buffalo Sabres and New Jersey Devils. Service has been restored in time for the Rangers vs. Sabres game at 5:30 pm E.T.
