It was a huge win for the Mountain Valley Athletic Conference school Schroon Lake, taking down a formidable Champlain Valley Athletic Conference squad in NAC, which has taken down some good teams.
The Little Falls Nordic ski team had one skier advance to the State Nordic Ski Meet after competing at the Feb. 4 Section 8A meet at Maplelag Resort in Callaway.
