Valentine’s Day snowstorm contributes to hundreds of traffic crashes, moderate snowfall in north
A Valentine’s Day snowstorm made Minnesota lakes as beautiful as a love letter, but it also made roadways hazardous. The Minnesota State Patrol reported 385 crashes on statewide roads on Friday, including 25 with injuries.
A Summit County ski resort was the first in Colorado to hit a major milestone of 200 inches of snow this season.
Mainly light snow will continue, with moderate snow possible in western Montana and the Helena area. The wind will also pick up slightly for areas east of I-15, leading to blowing/drifting snow.
