Ever since Tesla first unveiled the Cybertruck design back in 2019, many gearheads around the world have been roasting it, sometimes even calling it an abomination. However, the truck's angular, futuristic design still appealed to a lot of people.

Safety issues such as excessive size, weight and acceleration, lack of crumple zones and sharp edges make the Tesla illegal on UK roads.

The NHTSA published highly-anticipated results of its Cybertruck crash test this week, giving the car a five-star overall safety rating.
