The Statue of Liberty in New York City, New York is one of the world's most iconic landmarks and most popular tourist attractions, but over a hundred years ago, it actually used to be a lighthouse.

The new sculpture was inspired by Michelangelo's 'The Pietà' and depicts a mother and son, pierced by the same bullets.
