OZ Trails released plans on Tuesday for a chairlift-served downhill mountain biking park that would be built in Bella Vista.

The park, featuring more than 20 miles of gravity trails, is the first bike park in the Northwest Arkansas to be served by chairlift, a release said.

The creation of a mountain bike skills course on the outskirts of Challis advanced another step earlier this month.
