The New York City mayor canceled plans to honor Dr. Martin Luther King to attend the inauguration of Donald J. Trump, who has said he is considering pardoning Mr. Adams in his federal corruption case.

Eric Adams is attending President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday, his spokesman confirmed on social media. Adams, who could be in line for a pardon from Trump, was indicted last year on a variety of counts,

Adams was never shy about what he believed in, he just played to the right (wealthy) New Yorkers. He made them fear their city and promised to save them from it during the months they hadn’t escaped to Florida.
