The National Weather Service says a strong storm will bring moderate to heavy snowfall across parts of the Upper Great Lakes and Northeast this weekend.

The last of Thursday's winter storm is moving through New England after creating a messy morning commute for many in the Midwest and Northeast. Temperatures are warming up, but will drop again overnight,
