Jan 8, 2025 · The Oconee Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a rezone request for 299.94 acres owned by Townley Family Partnership. The board’s vote changed the zoning from agricultural, which allows for five acre lot subdivisions, to agricultural residential, which allows for two acre lots.
