Tem uma pressão muito grande do setor hoteleiro, pedindo ao Governo que adote o DIMOB para o AIRBNB, de modo a fazer "o dedo duro" dos recebimentos dos anfitriões quer sejam PF ou PJ. Não tenho certeza se será adotado em 2025, mas tem fortes indícios que sim.

Feb 16, 2025 · I called Airbnb support on Monday and they told me it’s a Global issue and I’d be told when it was resolved. In the meantime they gave me a workaround on my laptop which involves using Chrome as your browser and then opening a window in incognito mode before accessing the Airbnb website. Not ideal but at least I’m able to respond to guests.
