You may lose few guests that don't want a brand new host, but for the most part from what I've read most will rebook with the new owner. After this is complete, then he goes live for new listings and you delist.

Feb 16, 2025 · I called Airbnb support on Monday and they told me it’s a Global issue and I’d be told when it was resolved. In the meantime they gave me a workaround on my laptop which involves using Chrome as your browser and then opening a window in incognito mode before accessing the Airbnb website. Not ideal but at least I’m able to respond to guests.
