Original deadmau5 songs are of course allowed. Remixes, covers, and mashups are allowed only if they include a track made by deadmau5. Anything at all other than these items will be removed. Non-deadmau5 music can be posted in a weekly YML thread.

Aug 24, 2016 · Many people say deadmau5 is a prog house/trance artist, but really progressive house/trance is a very broad subgenre which are such musics thats not very analog and basically has no same structure as what deadmau5 has. Basically what sub genre does his tracks belong to? Synthpop? Progressive House/trance? Analog? Or a mixture of both?

I was wondering if there is any deadmau5 music out there that is technically considered "copyright free." I would love to use some of his music as the background to some videos that might make their way to YouTube.

Nov 18, 2019 · At Spring Awakening last year, Porter was going to play a Virtual Self set and deadmau5 was the next set after to close out that night. Unfortunately "stage production issues" caused Porter to just do a porter dj set and not VS. Turns out it was because it'd still be light out and all the lasers and shit wouldnt have nearly had the same effect.

Nov 21, 2021 · Because at the time, especially at Ultra, everything was drop to drop, EDM mega mix crap. Deadmau5 put in long mixes and made a statement. the Animals troll on Ultra main stage Animals/ghosts n stuff/levels He did that all at a time when he kind of started to become disliked in the scene.

Jun 1, 2024 · The Raise Your Weapon writing cred I always assumed was for Skrillex helping Deadmau5 on the dubstep drop part of the track (the second drop). Their beef didn't even really start until Skrillex teamed up with Diplo and Biebs so they had several years that they were cool with each other.
