The way he behaved in S2 and S3 doesn't fit the profile of a "good person". He seemed to enjoy way too much crushing Erwin's troops with boulders, or letting Mike Zacharias being eaten by Titans while leaving with a smug face. Zeke is my absolute favourite character in AOT and one of my favourites in all of fiction for multiple reasons.

The world wouldn't be able to refuse anways, under the threat of the Rumbling. Zeke would most probably kill Historia and her baby as soon as he completed the sterilization plan and a display of the Rumbling's power, possibly using the powers of the Founder itself.
