Spam Callers will spoof that number on occasion to attempt to phish you, so unexpected calls from the number should be ignored. However, as you asked for a callback, and they weren't trying to get you to buy gift cards, the calls in this case are legit.

Each time it happened the Cap Lock Light would be on and wouldn't respond. I would have to reset. Dell Support has had me Re image, wipe BIOS several times. They've remoted several times and escalated to thier engineers.

When I didn't hear back I called him again Thursday, June 11th. When he still hadn't called me back by Thursday afternoon I emailed Dell's technical support.

Dell is a massive company with a massive support department. You may get a laptop that is perfect and never has a problem or you may get the one that has issues as that is the nature of the beast when you are selling 10 million devices a year.
