1975 was Rolling Thunder and, AFAIK, Dylan didn't really become close with Jerry Garcia until the 80s. Also, by the 70s I think it would have taken more than a midget in a suit to rattle Dylan like this. Hell, Bob was buddies with Tiny Tim back in the early 60s.
