Unfortunately, the mall declined sharply in popularity around this time and was turned into a large housing/leisure complex by Beck Ventures.

Those two examples were what caught my eye when I was watching, but I don't know what the first documents years 1855, and 1857 are supposed to reference. I did some light research into Reverchon's life but I couldn't find anything that made sense.

As for the last one, 1855 - 1857 … I’m not sure but it could refer to ‘’La réunion’’, a colony in Dallas founded by Belgian, French and Swiss Colonists. Julien Reverchon joined it in 1855. The colony was dissolved in 1857.

Nov 20, 2023 · After the parade ended, the Reverchon giant as well as the Rhoda Dragoo giant featured in the parade we're relocated to the valley view mall where Kevin had his studio. The parade of giants event went so well that they did it again at the city hall which explains the signs that say, “we're back!” as advertising for the new event.
