I'm confused about the config of a t480. When it says 4G/LTE, does this mean that it comes with a SIM card slot along with a WWAN module in the 2242 slot? Do I just need to insert the SIM card for it to work?

On the T480, after you remove the external battery there is slot for a SIM under the battery. Check that if you can. Although keep in mind that even if there is a SIM tray, there may not be a WAN antenna.

Mar 19, 2023 · It came preinstalled with windows 11 Pro, which runs very well however i cant seem to get it to recognise the sim card slot, even when i insert a sim card it does not show up in windows. Lenovo vantage shows no issues in hardware, has anyone tried this before in windows 11, or am i just missing something?
