Jun 5, 2014 · If you are mixing together juice with like nic amounts, the overall nic with stay the same. For equal amounts of 2 different nic levels, say 12mg and 6mg, it is 12+6/2=9mg. For unequal amounts of 2 different nic levels, there is an online juice calculator for permade juice, but I do not have a link handy.

Mar 22, 2012 · I started at 24mg and am down to 4mg. I may go down to 0mg someday but honestly I am insanely healthy (low BP, Low resting HR, great lung capacity and all that). I think I may just drop down to 2mg and stay there. It is hard to say at this point whether the nicotine keeps me vaping or I have become addicted to Peanut Butter Cookie juice.....

I pretty much smoked my vape all day, and I could say that I over did it quite a bit, and thinking about it was taking in a lot of nicotine. So when I vape it though I cough almost after every time I take a puff. It seems harsh I don't know if that is the word I am looking for. I am not dripping it I am just using a Kanger AeroTank.

I am obviously addicted to nicotine, and have replaced the nicotine from cigarettes for the nicotine found in my juice. If I could wean myself completely off nicotine, I think at that point I would just give up on vaping altogether.

Lowering the nicotine level to zero is like an independence. I want to have the freedom of being away from cigs and vape without having the "urge".
