Feb 12, 2025 · So I've got an 11th gen i5 alongside a 3060ti and 32g ram. I launch this game and I get 5-15 fps constantly, Msiafterburner say my gpu is 8% used and the cpu is maybe 30%. I've tried everything the internet has had to offer from stuff like control panel adjustments, cpu 0 affinity, turning off eac, playing offline, and even small stuff like turning off the steam overlay. But already after just 10 minutes, my FPS would sometimes dip below 100 for no apparent reason. The CPU & GPU are just sitting there doing almost nothing.
