Apr 20, 2017 · Can or should ?: A 3-5 mg dose is usually well tolerated as a sleep aid by kids at this age.Be aware that the dosing needs of each kid is not well established and some may do well on 1 mg and poorly on 5 or vice versa. It does tend to produce grogginess and should never be taken prior to activities like bike riding, swimming or other sports.

Dec 31, 2018 · Took melatonin and woke up with terrific headache. Also take ramipril, buspar, (buspirone) lexapro, fish oil, iron and multi vit. Can these be taken togetger? Can 3 mg of melatonin, 7.5 mg of Buspar (buspirone) and 10 mg of Lexapro cause seratonin syndrome. Took melatonin for 1st time last night and feel aweful today.
