Naomi Grossman portrays the character Pepper in American Horror Story. She is a microcephalic woman who was a performer with Fräulein Elsa's Cabinet of Curiosities before being committed to Briarcliff Manor. Her character is first introduced in the Asylum season and is also featured in the Freak Show season.

In present day, a newlywed couple, Teresa and Leo, explore the now-abandoned Briarcliff Manor, a former insane asylum in rural Massachusetts. Flashback to 1964 when Kit Walker is being committed there, accused of being infamous serial killer "Bloody Face".

Asylum was amazing for its ideas and sets plus the cast was incredible. I loved Roanoke because it was just different from the other seasons and it pivoted into a different direction than what I thought it was going to with the reality show angle.
