Jason McPeak has a diverse engineering background in fixed and rotary wing aircraft, having led numerous engineering teams in the commercial and military markets at Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, and Bell Helicopter.

He patented and contributed to the development of AVX’s distinct advanced helicopter configurations with coaxial rotors and rear propulsion, which led to AVX competing in various military aircraft programs between 2012 and 2020.
