ALAC offers a range of different membership options. Full access membership will allow the member to utilise the Gym, Group Fitness Classes, Pools, Spa and Steam room.

The Centre has an eight-lane 25 metre lap pool, 25 metre leisure pool with four lanes, river ride, beach entry, water slide, spa, steam room and Café, offering Interm Swimming lessons, Aqua Group Fitness classes and a wide range of internal programs.

The aquatic facilities offer in-term swimming lessons, aqua group fitness classes, pool lane space, water polo, carnivals, birthday parties, the water slide and the inflatable all subject to availability.

A low impact, moderate intensity class held in the waist-deep leisure pool, aimed to improve strength, flexibility and endurance.
