Apr 1, 2023 · Using "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" just worked for me in Windows 10 version. I did NOT delete my existing Amazon card account from Quicken. After backing up my Quicken file, I just decided to leave my existing Amazon card account alone, and just ADD another account.

Download from Synchrony to Quicken for the Amazon Prime Store Card used to give me at least a partial description of the item. for Example: AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA Hefty Slider Storage Bags, Gal The payee field would contain the payee AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA and as many characters as remained filled with the item description.

(My JC Penney Synchrony card EWC connection suddenly failed last weekend but by Wednesday I was able to reconnect and so far the connection is still working.) Some have reported that the only connection method that reliably works right now is Web Connect (WC).

It is my understanding that the Amazon.com Store Card and the Amazon Prime (Visa Signature?) are two different cards that are issued by two different companies...the Store Card is issued by Synchrony and the Prime card is issued by Chase. You should be able to see on the back of your credit card who the issuer of the card is.

I can no longer manually import downloaded transactions (.qfx file) into Quicken from my Amazon Store card account (Synchrony Bank). For the last 1.5 years or so, since Synchrony stopped allowing downloads from within Quicken, I have been downloading transaction and importing via the .qfx downloaded file.

May 25, 2022 · The Amazon card is a Synchrony card. One notice I got from JC Penney (another Synchrony card) a couple of weeks ago is that Synchrony is consolidating many of their cards into a single website which means they will likely be making the types of data being downloaded common among all the cards. Maybe that is what has happened with your cards.

Jun 25, 2024 · Recently, I have noticed that, while Quicken is connecting to Synchrony Bank, no transactions are downloading for the Amazon Prime Credit Card. Further, the online balance at the bottom of the screen shows "0" vs the actual balance.

Having the exact same problem. Neither Amazon nor the synchrony accounts are locked. When adding the Amazon store card as a biller. account. This just happened today. Tried to reset. Deactivate, reactivate then finally added the Amazon Store as a biller. Using R33.24
