Symbol of Arnor [] As far as is known, the livery, standard, or symbol of Arnor is not known. Some have speculated that it may have contained the seven stars shown in the livery of the heirs of Elendil above the Sceptre of Annúminas, the ruling symbol of the Kings of Arnor.

Each house had a distinct symbol: a mole, a swallow, the heavens, a pillar, a tower of snow, a tree, a golden flower, a fountain, a harp, a hammer and anvil, and finally the triple symbol of the King, namely the moon, sun, and scarlet heart worn by the Royal Guard.

In Arnor a single five-pointed star became used as a device, the Elendilmir, representing the Star of Earendil. In Gondor the device including the stars and the Silver Crown fell out of general use, until the time of Elessar and the Reunited Kingdom. [ 6 ]

Jan 11, 2024 · The symbols of Arnor I can think of off the top of my head are the Sceptre of Anuminas, the Elendilmir, and the Ring of Barahir. I would speculate that these, especially the Sceptre, may feature on any banners or flags.
