Jul 7, 2015 · Nazi soldiers remaining in Germany post WW2 but assuming new identities and gaining new wives/families? My mom and her relatives did not make it seem like it was some dramatic thing, just mundane almost.

Jun 11, 2003 · Aside from being physically or mentall incapable of serving, what other reasons would allow you to be exempt from the draft during WWII? Did they allow you to defer service if you were in college, as in Vietnam? What about if you were the head of a family? Any other reasons? Thanks for your help.
