Every car is a 'worthy' car for the track. Some might be better than others, but if you're just getting into the hobby, this is a wonderful starting point. Learning to drive a lower powered/momentum car will make you faster in the long haul. If it is a 318is, it will be a really fun car at the track. Might even have a LS diff if you're lucky.
