I believe that a Ballyhoo from 1932 (even though Bally flipper game part catalogs say that Ballyhoo was from 1931 as design started in late 1931) is worth at least $800.00 in excellent condition, $400.00 in fair condition and $75-100.00 in poor, but restorable condition.
