The Beretta ARX160 was launched in 2008 as a commercial weapon system and was developed for the Italian Armed Forces as part of the layered Soldato Futuro (Future Soldier) program. The current program aims to replace the older Beretta AR70/90 as the standard assault rifle for the Italian Armed Forces.

The Beretta ARX160 assault rifle has improved efficiency in the field by innovative engineering geared specifically toward the soldier. The ARX160 modular platform features fully ambidextrous controls and a pin-free design.

The Beretta ARX160 is a rimfire version of the ARX100, Beretta’s celebrated .223 Rem tactical rifle. But aside from the caliber, this .22 LR rifle is virtually identical to the centerfire version as far as operations, controls, accessorization and customization options.

The ARX 160 Beretta comes in 10 or 20-round versions with an 18-inch barrel, or a Pistol model with an 8.3-inch barrel length and a 20-round capacity. Light up the range with a tactical training tool that is easy to operate, reliable, accurate, and ultra-fun to shoot.
