For the information of everybody, BIR Form No. 2313-R shall be used in transfer of real properties while BIR Form No. 2313-P for transfer of personal properties subject to Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax and Donor’s Tax. Also, the eCAR may vary depending on the kind of transaction and the taxes applied to such.
