Jan 4, 2011 · Brad Delp (vocals) This was the infamous night that Brad first joined the group, jamming with them at a club called Jojo's in Revere Beach, Massachusetts, c. 1970. The first song they played together was The Allman Brothers' "Whipping Post".

The band's core members include [who else?] multi-instrumentalist, founder and leader Scholz, who played the majority of instruments on the band's 1976 self-titled debut album, and former lead vocalist Brad Delp, among a number of other musicians who varied from album to album.
