CZ 75B - with DeCocker or Safety? - Handgun Forum
Sep 9, 2011 · I own a Cz 75 Shadow and a Cz 2075 RAMI Polymer. If you are looking for Carry, you may also want to consider the Cz75 Compact. I can carry the 2075 but the 75 is just too big to carry for me. I use the 75 for competition and range shooting. Now for …
SP-01 ... decocker or not? - Handgun Forum
Nov 2, 2008 · By now, I'm using a Tanfoglio Combat .38 super auto with no decocker lever (I think it has the CZ 75 mechanism) and never used a pistol with a decocker system. Maybe it is necessary to mention I was very nervous the last days due some personnal issues and it was just an accident, but I can't stop thinking about what could happen, considering I ...
Decocker on CZ 75B not working? - Handgun Forum
Jul 29, 2013 · 2. Press decocker lever without touching the trigger (believe me we have done this many many times trying to get it to work, we are not touching the trigger at the same time). 3. Pressing the trigger while holding the decocker down, and AFTER the decocker has done nothing to the hammer. The decocker itself has never lowered the hammer.
DeCocking 75 SP-01 - Handgun Forum
Nov 5, 2014 · The CZ decocker lowers the hammer to a half-cocked position (in which it is safe to carry) that puts the trigger pull somewhere between the full DA and SA. It's an interesting feature, but sometimes I will manually lower the hammer all the way when practicing.
CZ 75 BD Decocker Alignment | Handgun Forum
Dec 11, 2023 · New 75 BD Decocker is not functioning due to a pin alignment problem. When I press down the decocker tab, the hammer only travels a minimal amount. I can take my fingernail a lightly push the pin on the right side of the frame and the hammer fully decocks. Any thoughts ? Is this just a situation of the gun being new and tight ? Thanks.
CZ 75 BD problems loading - Handgun Forum
Jun 13, 2019 · I have been a CZ fan for several years. I have a 75 P01 9mm, a 75 B 40 cal, and have just purchased a 75 BD 9mm. My other two have had hundreds of round each fired through them without a single problem. I have not been able to fire a full magazine without at least two failure to load rounds.
Question about decocker and saftey on 75D PCR - Handgun Forum
Dec 8, 2011 · CZ 75B's, including the PCR have a firing pin block. So unless you are decocking with the trigger pulled, and it goes passed the halfcock notch, the gun isn't going to fire. The B designates firing pin block. An extra safety on one of these is not needed. The decocker drops the hammer to the halfcock, carry notch.
Which model to get? CZ 75B or 85B? - Handgun Forum
Jan 16, 2012 · The CZ 85 is essentially a 75 with an ambidextrous safety. The CZ85 Combat adds a couple more thing, Adj sights & Ext Mag release. If CZs site is to be believed, the Matte stainless is still available. CZ-USA -> CZ 75 B Stainless
CZ 75 SP-01 vs. P-01 - Handgun Forum
Nov 21, 2006 · Very similar, but slightly smaller. A fellow with small hands felt my 75 and thought it too big but the SP01 was just right. P01s are more common, being out longer and don't command a premium price the way the SP01 does. The SP01 can come as a decocker, BTW. They make it with either safety or decocker. Mine is the safety version.
Sig Sauer P229 Elite 9mm vs CZ Shadow 2 Compact
Dec 26, 2024 · My CZ pistols are upgraded with Cajun Gun Works' Pro-packages. The CGW upgrades make my CZ Shadow 2s better shooters than my stock Tactical Sport 2. The S2 OR & S2 Compact come already milled for optics (but a regular S2 or a P-01 can also be milled for a less expensive package). I prefer the CZ decocker over the Sig decocker.
