Oct 31, 2012 · I'd recommend this parka to anyone looking for a cheap effective parka for winter. It is a little heavy but built like a tank like most Eastern European surplus tends to be. Again, mine is UNISSUED and therefore is in fantastic condition. The only negative about this parka is the storage dust in the synthetic fur.
