Calvisius Beluga - Calvisius | Caviale sostenibile
Beluga is a caviar extracted from the Huso Huso sturgeon. A fish that can reach 8 meters (26 ft) in length and more than 1.5 tons (3300 lbs) in weight. Originally found in the Black Sea, Caspian Sea, Azov Sea, it was also present in Italy in the Adriatic Sea, Ionian Sea and their tributaries before its extinction.

Caviar is an excellence product derived exclusively from the roe of fish belonging to the Acipenseridae (sturgeons) family mixed with salt. This is the definition given by the Codex Alimentarius in 2010 to distinguish caviar from all other fish roe, often used as a caviar substitute.
