It was a weedy ditch with clear water. There were leeches, croaking gourami and brilliant Rasbora. Well the ditch wasn’t that shallow so I wouldn’t call it a puddle. But in the dry season, sometimes you can find fish trapped in puddles. They aren’t usually very healthy at that point though (but easy to catch and recover!)
