Feb 1, 2025 · As someone who hasn't played Cyberpunk yet, is the DLC something to be played after completing the main game? Or does it come somewhere in between or along the campaign? Questioning whether the bundle is the best option, or whether I can just pay and play the main game, and get the DLC later if I enjoyed the main game. after main story completion

Nov 29, 2024 · If you're on Phantom Liberty DLC, either reload an earlier save or finish the objective, you will be able to travel freely from the DLC area to regular Night City at any time. Also, Phantom Liberty is placed in the middle of the main story, you want to beat the DLC before the end of the main game. I played up till the quest "Meet Hanako at Embers!"

Oct 3, 2023 · Dogtown feels harder than the rest of the map, but because of the enemy scaling, grinding to level up before facing a tough section isn't really a thing in Cyberpunk 2077. As others have commented, it seems like you have to have been completely ignoring side content if you're at the point of no return at level 32.

Apr 23, 2024 · In fact, I would highly recommend anyone who's planning to get the base game, to also get the expansion (dlc just sounds too small for what it is) because it will augment the experience by a lot. No spoilers here, but the expansion sometimes has details and missions that bleed through the base game, so yes, definitely get it if you can.

Nov 8, 2023 · PL DLC is definitely worth it if you liked the base game - it increases the level cap allowing you to fully develop your builds, offers new region to explore which is rather unique, interesting, well detailed and visually interesting (very cyberpunk) and ofc the dlc story - again, something different and depending on how you like it worth going ...

May 19, 2024 · Get em both during the sale. You will want the dlc because the main game is so good and somehow the dlc manages to be even better. But finish the main game before starting the dlc because the dlc gives you alternate endings. There is something called, the point of no return, where the game is auto saved before you continue.

Dec 13, 2023 · The dlc has some good new powerful hacks and a weapons, you might want to use during the main game storyline I like doing the main game up to prologue act 2 and then start the dlc in order to have it's hacks and weapons to use during the main game
