The fist picture makes ZERO sense, the others are dope. The first picture is their d1gp/ demo z33 from 2002 onwards when it was running this intake during testing and tuning. I think this was 04ish. Was just saying because you wouldn't need a 7th TB unless the ITBs weren't fully set up yet. Look at the second pic of the intake runners, no itbs.

I'm not exactly a D1 fan, but I love the style of their cars and I wanted to take inspiration to do something original. And yes, it's inspired by the APR Performance Celica too, it's not the same, but the idea is the same. I was also doing an adaptation to Archie's 350Z, but I didn't do it. I'll probably upload the update later. Warning:

TEIN 350Z lined up against DRFT FD3S at the Inaugural US D1GP in 2003. 350Z driven by Murao and DRFT FD3S piloted by Utsumi. The sunken in wheels and skinny tires on the rear of the 350Z were the only way it could keep a decent slide since the only power adders were a K&N intake and Greddy exhaust which still got the car into the top 16.
