Aug 25, 2022 · This 1946 Dodge Custom Club coupe is a Series D24 example that is finished in teal over beige patterned cloth and powered by a 230ci inline-six mated to a three-speed manual transmission with Fluid Drive.

The Custom was offered in 4-door 6 passenger Sedan, 4-door 6 passenger Town Sedan, 4-door 7 passenger Sedan, 2-door Club Coupe and 2-door Convertible models. [2] The 7 Passenger model rode on a 137.5 inch (3492.5 mm) wheelbase and all other models on 119.5 inches (3035.3 mm). [ 2 ]

Jan 27, 2023 · Commissioned by Mr. White's father when new, this car is the one that got away, and then resurfaced more than half a Century later. This one-off Coupe was designed by Enos Derham and Donald Diskey and based on the D24 Club Coupe.

Here, we have a 1947 Dodge D24 Deluxe Series Club Coupe that has all the hard work done. The car runs and drives well, on recent wide whitewall tires. The paint and body have been professionally done.

Sep 8, 2013 · My sister and I purchased a 1947 Club Coupe from my uncle. It has been in the family since it was two years old. We wanted to keep everybody in the family and our friends in the loop, so we created a blog. Neither of us have ever tackled a project like this, but I can tell you one thing, it is a lot of fun, and a little bit frustrating.

This D24 Custom was built for promotional display in Dodge showrooms, and - like most other concepts - to gauge the market for production of custom-series D24s. The result was a remarkable, one-off automobile that was utterly unique in its appearance and design.
