Dec 30, 2023 · Both of which have great sound quality (for music) compared to other DVD players I have owned over the years. Both will also play regular DVDs. The Toshiba has a pair of Burr-Brown DAC chips. The Pioneer uses Wolfson DAC chips. Both are pretty cheap used now.
