They're in the same ballpark to the point it more so depends on matchups IMO. But in a 1v1 I do think Deidara loses due to poison.

One was blasted apart by Gaara’s Sand Coffin, and the other was sent into another dimension by Kakashi- but later, Tobi found Deidara’s arm (most likely the Kakashi one) in a forest, and I don’t know how the other one was found, but later, both arms were reattached by Kakuzu.

I do think Deidara would struggle against kakashi, but if kakashi can’t finish the fight fairly quickly he’s gonna run out of chakra. I’d argue pain arc kakashi probably wins 5/10 confrontations with deidara, he did almost beat tendo pain with help.
