Feb 25, 2024 · Doom 3 BFG edition is a port of Doom 3 primarily for consoles. But due to hardware limitations Doom 3 BFG is more like a downgrade compared to OG Doom 3. They basically removed dynamic shadows and gimped dynamic lighting to gain 60fps on consoles.
