Enmu. Enmu’s guts was actually eaten by a hungry Muzan and he was not supposed to be turned into a Demon at first, but as he felt no pain from the fatal wound, he envied and praised Muzan. With those last words, his heart and brain stopped working, so Muzan turned him into a Demon.

His right eye's pupil is a horizontal slit. His upgraded form gives him a second mouth on the back of one of his hands. Later, Enmu takes the appearance of a black train called "Mugen" after fusing his entire being with it. Eyes can be seen throughout the fleshy masses on his body at this point.
