Edwin Charles Tong Chun Fai SC (Chinese: 唐振辉; Jyutping: Tong4 Zan3 Fai1; born 12 August 1969) [1][2][3] is a Singaporean politician and lawyer who has been serving as Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law concurrently since 2020.

Mr Edwin Tong SC was appointed Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law on 27 July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Health from 1 July 2018 to 26 July 2020.

Before joining government, Edwin led internationally-renowned legal teams. As Second Minister for Law, he works to grow Singapore’s legal sector and the varied jobs it provides for Singaporeans, as well as to keep Singapore’s justice system accessible to all.
