Oct 29, 2022 · Every FCR breakpoint above helps with FOH, even if it is just '1' frame per breakpoint. To answer your question directly; for purely casting FoH, it depends on the 'action frame'. So FCR of 39, 48, 75 all have the action frame at 7, therefore same casting speed.

This is what I use on my FoHdin. The FoH skills are nice, but it's really about the +6 to Holy Bolt. Great for cleaning up any stragglers after using FoH on a crowd, and it noticeably speeds up Diablo kills.

Mar 5, 2023 · I really enjoyed the Dragondin and would like to build him better against the fire immunes but stick with an elemental damage rather than boosting physical. Even with Sunder and 25 conv i find him a bit lackluster, specially in higher playercount.
