Flateyri (Icelandic: [ˈflaːtˌeiːrɪ]) is a village situated in Iceland's Westfjords. It is part of the municipality of Ísafjarðarbær and has a population of approximately 200, making it the largest settlement in Önundarfjörður.

Flateyri varð löggildur verslunarstaður þann 31. maí 1823. Íbúar voru um 100 árið 1890 en um það leyti hóf Hans Ellefsen hvalveiðar frá Flateyri og reisti íbúðarhús á Sólbakka. Í kjölfar þess fjölgaði íbúum hratt og voru þeir um 250 um aldamótin 1900. Flestir voru íbúar Flateyrar árið 1964 en þá voru þeir 550.
