May 2, 2009 · I decided upon the matte khaki beige though, which everyone was skeptical of when I said it. Regardless, the decision was made and khaki began to be laid, after primer of course. It was then followed by a matte clear.

May 1, 2007 · I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a carbon fiber rear seat delete for a GC8. I have seen them for the GDs but not the GC. If no one knows about a carbon fiber rear seat delete I would go for a fiberglass one, or a Aluminum one so I can still be street legal.

Sep 15, 2010 · 02-03 is different from 04-05 WRX and 04-05 STi and 06-07 WRX/STi...so that makes 4 different USDM WRX hood scoops from 02-07. Theres a guy in the UK that makes GD STi height scoops that fit in the stock hole on the GC hood. I personally think it looks too big, but I'll try and find the site again for you.

I'm considering truckbed lining the wheelwells (and blocking holes, weather-wrapping the harness in the fender, etc), and that may take care of any dirtyness/noise. If not, I'll throw the liners back in with the totally sweet method ...

Oct 17, 2006 · GD track is about 20mm wider altogether (10MM on both sides) - To fix the problem - I was told - is to, for the front, pick up some aluminum jdm STi GC lower control arms, and for the rear, use GC lateral links. Supposedly that should lessen the track and fix any rubbing issues caused by it.

Aug 15, 2022 · Just use duplicolour trim and bumper. Other option is either extractor matte black or satin black paint. Can use the same stuff to paint the trim where the rear door is. I'll definitely try that. It’s the closest thing to Unpainted plastic. Will look mint. The door handles of my99 and my00 were colour coded to match the car.

Anyone know good brands for a full performance exuast for a 2000 n/a impreza gc8. Also let me know on some good first performance mods to get, my engine bay is completely stock. What should I get first or what should I look at doing first.

May 4, 2009 · I'm about to acquire a 2009 Sti (VF48) turbo, TMIC, and injectors for US$550. Crazy deal! Planning on installing it on my 2005 WRX (currently running stage 2). I know I know... I should get it tuned... but I'm on a serious budget and know the COBB maps are conservative. Also, the VF39 and VF48 are nearly the same.
