By placing 8 Zombie Skulls alongside 8 arms and legs at the altar in front of the witch's house, you are able to summon Ba'al. The maximum stack for Skulls are 30.

Ba'al was the mini- boss for the Halloween Event 2021. He was located at Transylvania and was a requirement to fight in order to attempt Demon Jester. He is equipped with the Hollow's Fang, his personal cape and his pumpkin head. He has ~40,000 HP * and deals 25 M1 damage.
