Alphasim and GRF correction | The R-fMRI Network
Aug 12, 2014 · The most important difference I found was that the remaining clusters corrected by GRF had much larger cluters size than that corrcted by Alphasim, but the results corrcted by Alphasim has higher peak value. The location of the clusters were also different. What means of correction do you recommand?
Reproducibility of R‐fMRI metrics on the impact of different …
GRF, PT, and FDR are Gaussian random field correction, permutation test, and false discovery rate correction implemented in DPABI, separately. TFCE stands for threshold‐free cluster enhancement and VOX stands for voxel‐wise correction.
Guassian-Random-Field-Correction | The R-fMRI Network
Aug 24, 2016 · Hi, I want to apply GRF-correction on my data and am insecure what to type in the GRF-box in DPARSF: I calculated a two-sample-t-test and now open the resulting t-test-image. I then click on GRF-correction don't add a mask, calculate the smoothness and set p=0.01 for voxel and p=0.05 for cluster. Then I press compute. Is that the correct procedure?
Appendix A: Cluster Correction — Andy's Brain Book 1.0 …
AFNI’s cluster correction method requires the user to estimate the smoothness of the data, and to then use those smoothness estimates to determine a threshold for significant clusters.
DPABI: Data Processing & Analysis for (Resting-State) Brain Imaging
Apr 13, 2016 · Using the Z maps, users can perform Gaussian random field (GRF) theory or AlphaSim correction to correct multiple comparisons over voxels further. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first neuroimaging package that offers post-hoc control procedures over multiple group pairs.
Multiple measurement analysis of resting-state fMRI for ADHD ...
Feb 6, 2023 · Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI) has been widely used to characterize the abnormal brain function by computing the voxel-wise measures and Pearson’s...
Cluster-extent based thresholding in fMRI analyses: Pitfalls and ...
Cluster-extent based thresholding has become the most popular correction method for multiple comparisons in fMRI data analysis because it is more sensitive (more powerful) and reflects the spatially correlated nature of fMRI signal.
Comprehensive evaluation of harmonization on functional brain …
Jul 1, 2023 · We took GRF (voxel P < 0.001, cluster P < 0.05, two tailed) and FDR (q < 0.05) as multiple correction methods for voxel-wise brain measures, and FDR (q < 0.05) for edge-wise functional connectivity matrices.

May 12, 2020 · The Gaussian random field (GRF) correction (voxel level p < 0.001, cluster level p < 0.05) was conducted to test the statistical significance of the difference between the GMV of the two...
关于GRF校正 | The R-fMRI Network
