The City of Georgetown is considering voluntary annexations. The Public Hearings will be held at the August 28, 2018 3:00 pm Special Meeting and the August 28, 2018 6:00 pm Regular City Council meeting, located at the City Council Chambers, 101 E. 7 th Street, at the northeast corner of Seventh and Main Street.

Through January 31 at no charge, live Christmas trees will be accepted at the City of Georgetown Collection Station from in-city residents and those who live outside city limits. Trees should be free of tinsel, ornaments, lights, and stands prior to drop-off.

What do you want to see as the City takes a look at improving traffic flow and safety on our busiest corridors? The City is seeking input from the public with three surveys on: 1) enhancements to Williams Drive, 2) the Austin Avenue corridor, and 3) a budgeting exercise for the Future Mobility Plan.
