Up for grabs is circa 1965 Gibson EB-0 Bass Project Husk. Mahogany Neck and Body, Old Amateur Black Refin with Clear Coat over the headstock & fingerboard, and Working Truss Rod. The bass displays lots of finish checking, nicks, and dings. An old crack control cavity along the jack and body waist.

Jul 10, 2024 · This is an original early 70's Gibson EB-3 Bass husk. The color was originally cherry red, and you can still see cherry on the neck and other areas, but most of the bass has faded to brown. The finish is original.

Oct 18, 2016 · I have a Gibson EB-3 husk for said project that I never used. I oughta get my local luthier god to resurrect it. I have an old Maxon, but I don't think I can let my guy chisel away at the cavity when the husk has never been modified. And now for something completely different...

Jan 10, 2018 · I recently acquired a 71 "slot head" EB-0 bass husk. I have sourced all the parts except the schaller m4-C classic tuners with the long post and hole. Schaller no longer makes them.
